Chamber of Commerce program utilizing Junior Achievement curriculum that is delivered by business professionals.  The program is designed to teach high school students employability, personal budgeting, and decision-making skills.

  SCANS

  Cooperative Education/OJT

Program requiring part time employment in addition to an in-school course related to this work experience. Students are supervised by a teacher-coordinator who selects job sites reflecting student's career cluster goals.

 

Job Shadowing

Career-awareness or exploratory activity in which a student follows an experienced employee on the work site to learn about a particular occupation or industry linked to student's chosen career cluster.

Field Studies

Off-campus experiences highlighting occupations in career cluster areas.

 

Mentors

Business professionals who work one-on-one with students in a career cluster area.
