Travel funds are available from the Career and Technical Education office for in-county travel that is directly related to your teaching assignment as follows:

Reimbursement Guidelines:

YES - Teacher travel expenses to and from student work sites for those students enrolled in Cooperative Education/OJT, DCT/OJT, or Internships are reimbursable.

YES - Teacher travel expenses for program area supplies including groceries and feed are reimbursable.

NO - Teacher travel expenses to and from workshops or district program area meetings are NOT reimbursable.

A completed VCS Online Travel Voucher is due to your CTE Program Specialist (approver) by the 5th of each month following travel.
